La Vida VIP Club Rewards
We created the La Vida VIP Club to say thank you every time you shop with us. Earn points as you shop, then redeem them for a discount off your next order – online or in the boutique.
How do I access the rewards?
On any page of our website you'll see a gift button in the bottom right-hand corner. Tap it to open the rewards pop-up (this won't take you away from the page you're on).
Here you'll find ways to earn, ways to redeem, and our recommend-a-friend programme.
You'll need to log in or sign up to see your points. (Logging in may take you to your orders page – just tap our logo at the top to go back to the home page and open the rewards again.)
How much are points worth?
For every £1 you spend you'll earn 2 points. 100 points = £1.
How do I earn points?
Once you've signed up, you'll earn points on every order. There are also a few other ways to earn bonus points:
- Sign up for an account: 200 points
- Like us on Facebook: 250 points
- Follow us on Instagram: 250 points
- Follow us on TikTok: 250 points
- Celebrate your birthday (must be added at least 30 days in advance): 500 points
Earning points is linked to your email address. Please make sure you use the same email address for every order, and the same email address on your social media accounts, so that your points are added to the right account.
How do I redeem points?
Tap the little rewards button in the bottom right-hand corner and log in if you haven't already. Tap "Redeem points" and follow the steps to redeem as many points as you'd like (minimum value of £1).
Points can be redeemed in multiples of 100.
Once redeemed, your discount code will appear on screen to use straight away, or it will be emailed to you to use later.
How many codes can I use?
Loyalty point codes work in the same way as a discount code – simply enter the code in the discount code box at checkout. Codes can be combined with others where applicable.
Will my points be adjusted after a refund?
Any points earned on products that are refunded will be deducted from your balance.
Will my points be refunded to my balance if I redeemed a points voucher and returned items from that order?
At the moment this isn't something the points system can do automatically. Please contact us and we'll adjust your balance manually.
Can I claim points on previous orders?
Unfortunately we are not able to add points for orders placed before you signed up.
I placed an order but haven't received any points
This is usually because a different email address was used, or the email address was entered incorrectly. If this is the case we may not be able to apply the points to your account, so please make sure the correct email address is entered at checkout.
Will my points expire?
Unused vouchers will expire after 12 months. Log into your account, go to "My Coupons", and any available vouchers will show an expiry date.
How do I recommend a friend?
When you're logged in, open the rewards pop-up and you'll see the "Refer your friends" section. You can send your referral link to friends directly, or share it on social media. Your friend will receive a 10% discount code, and once they've used it on an order you'll receive a 20% discount code as a thank you.
Referrals don't earn points, and referral discount codes expire after 6 months.
