La Vida Boutique offers Standard and Next Day shipping service to UK customers.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days.

*orders made before 12pm on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays). If you order before 12pm on a Friday, you'll receive your order the following Monday.

Want to collect your item at our La Vida store? The process is very easy. Simply proceed through the checkout process, and select the Click & Collect option.

Available to pick up from our Horsham Store Thursday to Saturday.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

A working day is Monday to Friday and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day, delivery times shown will then commence from that day.

We offer a standard shipping service for countries in the EU or the rest of the world. Please note we are not liable for any customs and duties charges that may apply to your shipment on entry to the country. Please also be aware that we are also not liable for any customs and duty charges on an exchange item. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF THE RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return you goods. Please adhere to our online returns policy.

To make a return/exchange: 

La Vida Boutique must be notified within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange your item, whereupon an authorisation number will be given. Please email info@lavidaboutique.co.uk  All returns must then be post-marked and sent to La Vida Boutique, 5 the Courtyard, Stans Way, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1HU within 14 days of receipt. If the item is post-marked past the 14 days allowed or does not have the authorised returns number we will be unable to accept your return. Please ensure all goods are returned with 14 days.

All items being returned must be in their original condition with all tags attached and posted at the customers expense. Furthermore, garments that have any deodorant stains, make-up or odours will not be accepted. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund. NOTICE: Any special orders, made to measure dresses, cannot be returned.

Credit Card Charges:

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
