At La Vida Boutiques transactional site we aim to provide you with a simple and enjoyable shopping experience. We want to provide you with the same fantastic service you would receive in our store, protect your privacy and provide an easy to use and secure site. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Payment

Payment can be made securely usually pay-pal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. We also welcome telephone payments. Please call 01403 259222. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 15%.

Product availability

All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event an item is sold out it will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you a suitable alternative, order your product in for you or give you a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Delivery

Standard Delivery £6 which we aim to deliver within 3 working days
Express Delivery £12 Next day if the order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday

Express Delivery within Horsham area £10 if you live or work within a 10 mile radius of Horsham and require same day delivery. Please call 01403 259222 to arrange. Please note this service is not available on Sundays.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund for returned goods.  You must notify us within 14 days from when you receive the goods.

To arrange a return or cancel your order, you must send us an email to info@lavidaboutique.co.uk , within 14 days of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. We will give you a returns number to write on the parcel.

Goods must be returned to us in a reasonable time and in the same condition that they were dispatched to you with the original labels attached and free from make-up & perfume. If the goods are not returned in their original condition or if any of the labels have been removed or if we feel the garment has been worn then we reserve the right to insist upon payment for the goods.

You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us, except where the item is faulty or you are returning an item that was substituted in your original order.  Please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
